Braveheart could be described as the UK’s most exhilarating fundraising event incorporating many adrenalin-filled challenges such as quad biking, helicopter rides and abseiling over an action-packed, 3-day adventure.

Braveheart is an exciting team challenge event. Set in Scotland, this exhilarating three-day challenge will test your fitness, skill and intellect like never before.

The challenge, open to people with all levels of fitness, involves some of the most varied and adventurous activities ever seen in the UK, including helicopter transfers, riding in fast boats across Lochs, cross-country quad biking, archery, running, canoeing and the most recognised intellectual tests on the market - plus much more!

The exact details of where and when you'll face each challenge will only be revealed when the starter gun is fired but you will make your way across varied terrain to get to different checkpoints throughout the course. Along the way, you will pick up valuable points for your team and the next challenge will be revealed. You'll need your wits about you to make sure you get to the checkpoints on time, and you'll need to work closely as a team, using the different strengths of your team members, to stand a chance of winning!

Braveheart is a four-person, team challenge, so each team member must complete every challenge and you must cross the line together - you won't be timed or scored until the last person finishes the task at hand.

The overall winning team will receive a 50-inch long Braveheart sword, which will be engraved with the team member’s names and the charity name. The winning team will need to defend their title in the following years’ Braveheart event to keep the trophy.

In addition to the trophy, the winning team will be rewarded with a fantastic, all-inclusive, trip to Spain enjoying activities like biking, canoeing and a visit to the world famous Guggenheim Museum. (All flights, accommodation, guides, bikes, canoes and transfer costs are included).

As Braveheart is a fundraising event, your first challenge will be to raise minimum sponsorship for a good cause. You WILL be awarded points based on the amount of sponsorship money you raise and bank before the event. The amount of sponsorship required will depend on which charity you are raising money for. Please see future events for more info.

Participants will have the time of their lives and will more than likely encounter many “first time ever” experiences that they may have only dreamed about before. If that sounds like a good way to spend a weekend, then why not sign up now and get ready for the thrill of Braveheart!
