Norway: 7 day Dog Sledding Arctic Experience

Suited to those who would like a taste of dog sledding, this Arctic experience provides a challenge like no other. You’ll be surrounded by a frozen landscape 300 miles north of the Arctic Circle with only the sound of panting Alaskan huskies and the crunching of snow under the sled’s runners for company. This is a unique chance to be a member of a 10-strong team who will be given expert training in dog sledding. You will be instructed on how to handle your team of dogs and how to negotiate a sled through some of the most exceptional terrain in the world.

Crossing this vast white wilderness at speed we stop occasionally to catch our breath and take in our surroundings. Herds of wild reindeer roam the Arctic tundra and in the evening we may catch sight of the Northern Lights..
