Trekking, rafting
& elephant rides. Combining some of our most popular activities, this trip presents you with three challenges to conquer! Starting with a trek to Poon Hill, you'll walk in one of the most famous trekking regions in the world - the Annapurna, where you will gain a real insight into Nepalese culture.
Once your first challenge is completed, a 3-day white water raft down the Kali Gandaki descends through challenging rapids and beautiful scenery, including views of Annapurnna 1 and Himachuli. You will end your adventure in Chitwan, famed for its nature reserve, and one of the few places where you can still wash elephants. Riding on elephant back, look out for the national park’s huge variety of wildlife, including the endangered one-horned rhinoceros, the tiger and even a species of freshwater dolphin, the Gangetic dolphin. There are also over 450 species of bird, the Giant Hornbill being especially impressive. Relax and reflect on your amazing adventure back in Kathmandu or visit the cities many Buddhist temples.
